Each week you will master a technique that you can use to substitute ingredients to mix things up for next time. Why mess with all the extra preparation and inevitable clean up when one pot is all you need? Vegan/Vegetarian options available. Some ingredients are provided; your tutor will inform you of any additional items needed.
