Healthy Meals on a Budget Course

During this ten-week course you will learn how to prepare simple and flavoursome recipes, packed full of fresh ingredients and flavour. These are easy healthy meals, which will leave everyone at your table satisfied! This course is suitable for everyone, in particular people who are new to cooking or those looking for easier and cheaper meals, or new recipes ideas. All sessions will take place in our state of the art professional kitchen at New Directions College South. Ingredient’s not provided, a list will be sent out prior to the start of the course and each week thereafter. Parking is available.
