New Directions College is working in partnership with IKEA to boost access to careers in the customer service sector and support people who are out of work.
IKEA is looking to welcome Co-workers to join their amazing team across many departments in the store, and we are here to support them.
Join our free work academy programme starting Monday 20th June 2022 to gain the skills needed to succeed in a Co-worker role. We will prepare you for your interview and support you every step of the way. All participants will be guaranteed an interview with IKEA on completion of the programme.
This programme is available to candidates who are over the age of 19 and are currently unemployed.
