Connect with creativity and community in this free 5-week art course designed especially for local residents.
In a relaxed and welcoming space, you’ll explore a range of fun techniques from lino cut printing to mixed media. Discover your inner artist, boost your wellbeing, and learn new skills alongside others from your neighbourhood.
When: Thursday 22nd May, 29th May, 5th June, 12th June, 19th June, from 12.30pm to 2.30pm each session.
Where: New Directions College
As a celebration of our community’s creativity, selected artworks will be exhibited at Waterfest in Forbury gardens, on 28th June 2025. Come and be part of something positive, creative and local. Open to adults19 years and over, no experience needed!

Ceramic Animal Sculpture Workshop
Join us for a free one-day ceramics sculpture workshop designed especially for local residents. In a relaxed and welcoming environment, you’ll learn to sculpt animals using various techniques and materials. This workshop will help boost your wellbeing through a creative activity that promotes relaxation and mindfulness, while also allowing you to connect with others from your neighbourhood.
When: Tuesday 27th May 2025 from 10am to 4pm
