Vegan Cookery

During this five-week course you will learn how to prepare simple and flavoursome vegan recipes, packed full of fresh ingredients and flavour.  These are easy healthy meals which will leave everyone at your table satisfied! All sessions will take place in our state of the art professional kitchen at New Direction College South. Ingredients are not provided, a list will be sent out prior to the start of the course and each week thereafter. Parking is available.
