Throughout the year New Directions asks for feedback, it is so important that our learners have a voice as it allows the college to continue to meet the needs of local people and improves our services.
Each survey gives you an opportunity to tell us what you think and enables us to know about who is using our services so that we ensure we are accessible to everyone.
The feedback is also important for the organisations that fund us to know that our learners have a voice, and for Ofsted to ensure we are meeting quality standards and that learners can have an impact on decisions made about our services.
Our latest survey has just closed, and we will be publishing details of the feedback shortly. However, in the 2019 Learner Satisfaction Survey New Directions College scored 94.7%.
