Please give us your views so we can ensure that New Directions College continues to meet the needs of local people and improves its services. This is also important for the organisations that fund us to know that our learners have a voice, and for Ofsted to ensure we are meeting quality standards and that learners can have an impact on decisions made about our services.
In our latest Learner Satisfaction Survey New Directions College scored 94.7%. Go to the Education & Skills Funding Agency web-site, https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/fe-choices for more details.
This survey gives you the chance to tell Ofsted what you think about us. You will also be able to see what other learners have said about New Directions College.
End of Learning Evaluation
We are currently working on a new End of Learning Survey which will be available very soon. This survey lets us know about who is using our services and ensures that we are accessible to everyone. It will help us improve what we do and meet the needs of all our learners.
In the meantime we still welcome your views about our courses, our learning centres and the support we provide. Please contact us with your feedback.
Community advisors are people who want to make a positive contribution to adult education. They should live or work in the borough and have a keen interest in the success of post compulsory education.
We’re particularly keen to hear from people who have benefited from or know someone who has benefited from adult education. There isn’t one type of person best suited to helping and you don’t need a qualification to do so. The most important qualities are an interest in adult education and a desire to contribute to the life of New Directions College.
