Thames Water – Work Skills Academy (Customer Advisors)

New Directions College is working in partnership with Thames Water to boost access to careers in the customer service sector and support people who are out of work.

Join our free work academy programme starting 6th June 2022 to gain the skills needed to succeed in a Customer Advisor role. We will prepare you for your interview and support you every step of the way. All participants will be guaranteed an interview with Thames Water on completion of the programme.

Thames Water has employed more than 750 new starters since the beginning of the pandemic and plans to upskill local people who are out of work, helping to increase social mobility in the Thames Valley.

This programme is available to candidates who are over the age of 19 and are currently unemployed.
